Our World famous Day trip – Hong By Starlight – is sold out almost every day year-round. We explore the caves and cliff-lined hidden lagoons of Phang Nga bay that John “Caveman” Gray first found during his well-researched exploratory trip to Thailand in January, 1989.
Hong By Starlight draws rave reviews and is 5-Stars on Trip Advisor, but many people are disappointed they didn’t book one of our multi-day sea kayaking trips. Hotels aren’t cheap, and most folks pre-book.
Don’t make the same mistake. If you are reading this, take a look at our 2- day and 3-day overnight trips in Phang Nga Bay. The camping is luxurious and comfortable, and the Nature far more stunning than Phuket or Krabi. We also have 3 and 4 day add-ons to Khao Sok and Tarutao.
If you want to be a traveler and not a tourist, check them out in the Website trip descriptions and our You Tube Channel.
To keep the price affordable, we take up to 36 people on a large and spacious support boat for the Hong By Starlight trip. This means we have a nice galley, good toilets and protection from both sun and rain. A camaraderie develops and you will make good friends - - -and every trip breaks down to two people in one SOTAR inflatable kayak. This gives you the best of both worlds – cost efficiency, good company, lead guide knowledge, spectacular food and a spacious covered boat.
Our other trips are smaller perhaps only two people on a “Day In the Islands” or “Expedition Express” Private charter. On these smaller trips there may be more staff than guests – a boatman, lead guide, cook, maybe even a second guide. Whatever trip you book, we encourage you to talk with your guide or Lead Guide and let us know your interests. Your questions will be answered, accommodated and you make good friends.
